Jill:
Do you ever feel like you’re building an arc with only the instructions for a canoe? If so, you’re not alone. Welcome to CEO-ish where we’ll discuss traveling the path of the unknown while making it your own.

Jill:
Hi and welcome back to CEO-ish bracelets podcast. Kelly, thank you for being with me today. I wanted-

Kelly:
When are we going to stop saying that?

Jill:
We’re not going to, I want to know when you’re down here with me on the bracelets podcast, who is upstairs doing your work?

Kelly:
I’m not sure.

Jill:
What’s it like when you tell the other girls, “I’ve got to go do a podcast?”

Kelly:
I think they’re like, “Okay, podcast, huh?” I mean they’re, I am-

Jill:
What do they think, you’re going out to lunch?

Kelly:
Who knows what they’re doing. But then when you play the bracelets podcast for them every once in a while, they’re like, “So you’re just sitting downstairs talking to Jill?” Like, “Yeah, that’s what I’m doing.”

Jill:
Because we played the podcast for everybody today, the one that-

Kelly:
The one that just aired.

Jill:
… air today, and that was my way of saying, “Hey look, she really does come down here.”

Kelly:
“She’s working. She really is working.”

Jill:
So today I’m really excited because we are going to do something called Find Your Match.

Kelly:
Oh fun.

Jill:
I actually introduced two people. I found a match and we eloped with this couple.

Kelly:
What?

Jill:
I introduced Chris and Mary Rankin and then Terry and I eloped with them. We didn’t elope. We were already married.

Kelly:
Oh, okay. Yeah, right.

Jill:
I didn’t say that right.

Kelly:
I was confused. I was like, “I was at your bracelets wedding. What are you talking about?”

Jill:
You were at my wedding?

Kelly:
I was at your wedding.

Jill:
No, you were not.

Kelly:
Yes.

Jill:
You came to my wedding?

Kelly:
Jill. Yes, I was… Was it? Was it in 2000 or ’99?

Jill:
’99. You came to my wedding.

Kelly:
Because I was pregnant with Sam.

Jill:
Were you in my wedding?

Kelly:
Let me think. No, I wasn’t.

Jill:
Okay, here we go. So, Find Your Match. What we’re going to do today is we’re going to find the match for Terry’s all-time favorite concert.

Kelly:
Oh.

Jill:
Okay?

Kelly:
Terry’s all time… And who’s Terry?

Jill:
Terry’s my husband.

Kelly:
Oh, okay.

Jill:
You know what I love about you is when I listen back to these bracelets podcasts, I think, “Kelly knows all these answers, she’s doing an amazing job of clarifying for the rest of the world something that I assumed everybody knew,” but how in the world would anybody know that?

Kelly:
Well, they might’ve listened to the other bracelets podcasts.

Jill:
Keep clarifying, Kelly.

Kelly:
Okay.

Jill:
Today we are going to play Find Your Match for my husband, Terry Donovan’s favorite concert of all time.

Kelly:
So wait, do you know what the answer is?

Jill:
I know the answer is U2. We’re going to call a handful of people until we get the person who can also say U2. When that person says U2, we are going to give them one of your kidneys.

Kelly:
Oh, yay.

Jill:
What could we give that person?

Kelly:
What could we… Is this going to be somebody who works at this company?

Jill:
Maybe not.

Kelly:
Oh, could be just a random person.

Jill:
Yeah. What can we give them?

Kelly:
What can we give them? Well, we work at a jewelry company.

Jill:
Okay.

Kelly:
We could give them some jewelry.

Jill:
Let’s give them some jewelry. We’ll give them some jewelry.

Kelly:
Okay.

Jill:
We’ll let them have a little shopping spree.

Kelly:
Oh, that’s fun.

Jill:
Okay, awesome.

Kelly:
I would just like to say on record, after all of these years, that still excites me. I’m like, “Oh, I could pick anything I want!”

Jill:
Really?

Kelly:
Yes.

Jill:
Even though you work here and you take bracelets home every day? Our stack gets smaller and smaller.

Kelly:
Every time you come out and you go, “Oh, if anybody wants to use three bracelets,” I’m filled with glee.

Jill:
Really?

Kelly:
I don’t know what is it, right?

Jill:
I didn’t know that you still felt that way.

Kelly:
It’s just, it’s something new and exciting and shiny and so fun. I think [crosstalk 00:03:15]-

Jill:
Okay, so then that’s what we’ll give. We’ll give a shopping spree to anybody who can match Terry’s answer.

Kelly:
Okay.

Jill:
Okay. We’re going to start with my brother Johnny.

Kelly:
Oh.

Jill:
He’s on his way to Tulsa and it’s just… I know it’d please my mom if I call Johnny. So we’re going to call Johnny.

Johnny:
Hey Jill, I have you on speaker phone.

Eline:
Hi Jill.

Johnny:
Hi Eline, How are you?

Eline:
I’m good.

Jill:
Hey, I just have a quick question for you guys.

Johnny:
Okay.

Jill:
What was your favorite concert of all time?

Johnny:
Oh boy.

Eline:
[inaudible 00:03:52] I haven’t been to that many.

Johnny:
I’ve been to all the

Jill:
Just one answer will do.

Johnny:
I’ve been to U2 three times. I saw him in Tulsa, St. Louis and St. Louis, like U2. I’ve seen all the big Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Elton John, Bruce Springsteen, Fleetwood Mac.

Jill:
Okay but just, I only have a second. Just you name your favorite of all the concerts you’ve been to.

Johnny:
I mean, I really like, I’m a U2 fan.

Eline:
Me too.

Jill:
Okay. Love you guys. We’ll see you just a little bit.

Johnny:
Okay.

Jill:
Okay, bye.

Johnny:
You too! No pun intended.

Jill:
Okay, bye.

Jill:
Darn it all.

Kelly:
He’s going to get some nice jewelry.

Jill:
No, I’m not telling him what we’re doing. Do you see why… Do you see why my, first of all, he was funny. [crosstalk 00:04:40]

Kelly:
I know, he’s adorable.

Jill:
He was kind when he answered, he told me he was, I was on speaker phone.

Kelly:
Yes. He’s considerate. What a jerk.

Jill:
Our first one. That’s our first call.

Kelly:
Okay. Maybe we chose too fabulous of a band.

Jill:
Well, we’ll see if we get it on the second call.

Kelly:
Because I have to say that was my favorite concert too.

Jill:
It was?

Kelly:
Yeah.

Jill:
It was my least favorite.

Kelly:
1986 the original Joshua Tree tour in New York. That was awesome.

Jill:
Wait, how in the world did our first call on this game? When, I’m not telling Johnny. No way am I telling him, because he, you know what’s going to be funny? Well tell me if he listened to these podcasts.

Kelly:
Okay.

Jill:
And then he will claim his prize, but we’re moving on to somebody else. Kelly, do you have somebody to call?

Kelly:
Oh, I thought you were going to-

Jill:
I can call Kelly Stacy.

Kelly:
Yes.

Jill:
Okay. We’ll call another Kelly. Kelly works for us, in licensing. Okay. She’s down the street-

Kelly:
And she’s so nice.

Jill:
She’s so nice, I swear if she says U2.

Kelly:
She’s not going to say U2.

Jill:
Why?

Kelly:
I just don’t think she is.

Jill:
Okay. She’ll say something Michael Bublé. [inaudible 00:05:51] Josie. Lauren Daigle.

Kelly Stacy:
Hi Jill.

Jill:
Hi Kel, how are you?

Kelly Stacy:
I’m great! It’s so much fun to look down at my bracelets phone and see Jill, see your name calling me.

Jill:
It is so much fun to dial your number.

Kelly Stacy:
Wow. Good.

Jill:
How are you? Are you at 52?

Kelly Stacy:
Yes ma’am.

Jill:
I have a really quick question for you. What was the… Your favorite concert of all time?

Kelly Stacy:
Michael Jackson. The Jackson 5, this is before he was Michael Jackson. He was the Jackson 5.

Jill:
And you saw them in concert? What year was that?

Kelly Stacy:
I was 12 old. I went with my aunt.

Jill:
Wow.

Kelly Stacy:
And then another favorite one was Louisiana’s [inaudible] only because, they just were like a one hit wonder. But they’re from Louisiana and so much-

Jill:
I’d say I’ve never heard of him.

Kelly Stacy:
Right. If you heard, maybe if you heard the song the one song, but-

Jill:
Would you mind singing it for me?

Kelly Stacy:
It’s been a long time.

Jill:
It’s okay, we’ve got time.

Kelly Stacy:
You know the one’s like Sachet. I’m not a good singer either. I’d have to listen to it. I’d have to listen to the song. But we snuck backstage and so you know, sneaking back stage is, just getting back there is the fun part. But then we got back there, got into the room and they’re like, “Who are you?” Like, “Whoa, just wanted to come say hi.” Anyway, so you get back there and then you’re embarrassed. So we just said, “Nice show,” and left. So that was kind of fun.

Jill:
That is fun. And what a great memory to have.

Kelly Stacy:
Yeah.

Jill:
Thank you for sharing that with me. That’s all I wanted to know.

Kelly Stacy:
Okay.

Jill:
Okay.

Kelly Stacy:
Let me know if you think of anything else.

Jill:
I will. I love and appreciate you.

Kelly Stacy:
I love you too and I appreciate you more than you know. I’m very excited.

Jill:
Thank you so much. I’m excited too. Thanks Kel.

Kelly Stacy:
Okay.

Jill:
Okay, bye.

Kelly Stacy:
Bye.

Kelly:
I told you she was the nicest.

Jill:
Okay.

Kelly:
Have I ever said that to you when I talked to you on the phone?

Jill:
She really is the nicest. No, I should’ve, I should call you. Let’s just call a, business. A place of business.

Kelly:
Okay.

Kelly:
You should call-

Jill:
Let’s call that restaurant.

Kelly:
Yes, yes and yes.

Jill:
Okay. let’s call that restaurant.

Kelly:
Yes and yes.

Jill:
That yesterday I talked about.

Kelly:
Yes.

Jill:
My blood sugar was dropping bracelets and I, here we go.

Jill:
Hi, may I ask what the favorite concert of all time that you went to was?

Speaker 7:
Wait, what?

Jill:
What’s your favorite concert of all time?

Kelly:
That was predictable.

Jill:
And by the way, can I order a turkey sandwich without mayonnaise?

Kelly:
Oh, here’s Beth calling me back.

Jill:
Okay. That hurt. I don’t even have time to just enjoy.

Jill:
Hey Beth.

Beth:
Hello.

Jill:
How are you? It’s Jill.

Beth:
Oh it’s Jill. Hi Jill. I thought I was calling Kelly Smith back.

Jill:
Well you are, Kelly’s sitting right next to me. She’s in the bathroom.

Beth:
Oh, okay.

Jill:
Yeah. Hey, I have a quick question for you though.

Beth:
Sure, sure.

Jill:
Who was your favorite concert ever?

Beth:
Gosh. Ever. Well-

Jill:
How about just one answer of all time. Your favorite of all time?

Beth:
I’m going to go with because it was just the best fun evening. I’m going to go with Shelton.

Jill:
Okay. Good answer. Who’s next to you?

Beth:
Yes, you want me to hand the phone off?

Jill:
Please.

Beth:
Okay, I will.

Jill:
Thank you.

Jill:
We don’t know who we’re going to get here.

Mickey:
Hi Jill!

Jill:
Hi, who is this?

Mickey:
This is Mickey.

Jill:
Hi Mickey. How are you?

Mickey:
I’m doing good. How are you?

Jill:
Everybody’s so happy today. Mickey, I have a very quick bracelets question for you.

Mickey:
Okay.

Jill:
Who was your favorite concert ever?

Mickey:
Oh, ever, ever, ever?

Jill:
No, just ever.

Mickey:
Ever, I’m going to have to say Madonna.

Jill:
You saw Madonna?

Mickey:
I did. I saw Madonna and my friends, it was on my bucket list and, they took me when she came here and we were on the second row, so that was an incredible experience. Yeah, I would have to say that’s it.

Jill:
Okay. I thank you so much. It’s a great answer. Is there anybody else standing near you?

Mickey:
Yeah.

Jill:
Will you pass the phone to them?

Mickey:
I’ll pass it to Laurey.

Jill:
Great.

Mickey:
Yeah, Laurey is here.

Mickey:
You’re so welcome.

Jill:
So good to talk to you Mickey.

Laurey:
Hello.

Jill:
Hi Laurey.

Laurey:
Hi!

Jill:
I mean everybody sounds so happy. You smile when you talk, I can tell.

Laurey:
I do smile when I talk, but I’m also a happy person.

Jill:
You are absolutely.

Laurey:
Well I, thank you.

Jill:
I have a quick question for you.

Laurey:
Yeah.

Jill:
Who was the best concert that you’ve ever attended? Your favorite. Your favorite of all time?

Johnny:
Well… I will have to say one of the best people. Okay. I’m going to say, can I say two or do you want just one?

Jill:
Just one, but then after you tell me your all-time favorite, you can tell me who the second was.

Laurey:
Okay. I will tell you the best person that I thought did an amazing job because she interacted with the bracelets audience was, I’ve seen her twice. Taylor Swift did amazing.

Jill:
Because it tells me a little bit more about you that I didn’t know.

Laurey:
Oh, okay.

Jill:
But is there anybody else near you that you can hand the phone to?

Laurey:
I see Lisa.

Lisa:
Hello?

Jill:
Hi Lisa.

Lisa:
Jill!

Jill:
How are you?

Lisa:
I’m good.

Jill:
Lisa, I have a really quick question for you.

Lisa:
Okay.

Jill:
What was the best concert that you’ve ever been to? Ever.

Lisa:
Best concert ever. That would be the first time I saw U2.

Jill:
Oh! You win! Lisa, you win $100 shopping spree through Rustic Cuff.

Kelly:
Hi Lisa. It’s Kelly. You really do win it.

Lisa:
Hi Kelly. I’m the winner? I’m the winner!

Jill:
Yes, we were looking for U2 and, and you got it.

Lisa:
I got it.

Jill:
You got it. So since you’re over there with all the Cuffs right now, just gather $100 worth of them and tell somebody and take them home this weekend.

Kelly:
You get to have a prize.

Lisa:
Thank you so much! You just made my day!

Jill:
I don’t know how much I’d hang out with Laurey, she said Taylor Swift was her favorite concert.

Kelly:
And Justin Bieber.

Jill:
And Justin Bieber. I don’t know how much I’d hang out with her, but she’s a lovely soul.

Lisa:
She goes to a lot of concerts.

Jill:
She does. She really does. Just not the one we were looking for.

Lisa:
That’s right. I did, I don’t know if I should tell you this now, but I did just take my daughter to see JoJo Siwa. Should I’ve told you that?

Jill:
Nope. No, that’s perfect. That actually, I’m going to go ahead and give you another $100 for that. Okay? So this is what I want you to do. Take $100 and you can shop right now. And then for those three girls who did not answer them correctly for playing, you can split the second $100 with them. Okay?

Lisa:
Perfect.

Jill:
Lisa. Thank you.

Lisa:
Okay, love you girls.

Jill:
Love you too.

Kelly:
Love you too Lis, bye.

Kelly:
Bye.

Lisa:
Bye.

Jill:
That was a super fun game!

Kelly:
I knew we could count on Lisa Custer.

Jill:
That was really going to be our possibly last call for today.

Kelly:
Yeah, we’re out.

Jill:
So how long did that take? We got some

Kelly:
I was afraid you’re going to have to give Johnny the stuff.

Jill:
Oh no, no way am I giving Johnny. I mean, I’d give it to my mom before I gave it to Johnny. I can’t believe Johnny said U2. The first person we called. I didn’t even know that he had ever seen U2.

Kelly:
He apparently saw a lot of other people too. Did you hear that list?

Jill:
Johnny is a major concert goer. I just didn’t know that he had seen U2.

Kelly:
Well that must be a Reamer thing because you’re big concert goer too, you love it.

Jill:
I love concerts. And now am I going to have to give that to Johnny?

Kelly:
No.

Jill:
What are the chances that Johnny will hear about this?

Kelly:
He won’t.

Jill:
No, no. I don’t know if he’s ever listened to a bracelets podcast, but he needs to, since he’s being talked about frequently on the podcast. That was fun.

Kelly:
Yeah, it was fun.

Jill:
What should we do next? I mean we’ll close this now, but what should we do next on Find Your Match?

Kelly:
Oh, Find Your Match. That took me a minute to think of the concert, but what about.

Jill:
Spank size?

Kelly:
Yes. Perfect.

Jill:
Yeah.

Kelly:
Everybody wants to tell that on the podcast.

Jill:
Yes. Well we’ll figure something out next. Okay. Thank you for being my co-host on here. At what point do you become permanent and you be-

Kelly:
I think we asked the person in charge, so whenever…

Jill:
Jill, what do you think about Kelly becoming a permanent co-host?

Jill:
I like it. I think it’s a great idea, let’s keep her.
